Statistical model

We use a statistical algorithm to classify whether each voter is a "high engagement voter"; whether the voter is likely to participate in midterms and primary elections. We train a "neural network" to classify voters as "High Engagement" or "Less than High Engagement." The algorithm is trained using 2014 and 2016 voter behavior, as well as data from the U.S. Census.
